The company promotes internally too so after 5 years as the Head Distiller at Auchentoshan Distillery I’m now Spirit & Process Quality Manager. With the company's help I also recently completed a Diploma in Distilling. Generally, people feel proud to work here, partly because things are looking so good for the future of the business.”
